Nonrefundable deposit offers are applicable to sailings within final payment, however full deposit is due at time of booking.

Guests with Wi-Fi Packages will receive instructions for Internet access in their staterooms on the first day of the cruise. The Premium Wi-Fi Package includes high-speed internet with the ability to message or video chat, browse the web, send emails, post on social media, and access streaming video and music. The Basic Wi-Fi Package includes basic internet service allowing web browsing, email access and text messenger services.

The Classic and Premium Drinks Packages are available for select drinks only, and do not include room service, in-stateroom purchases, mini bar items or souvenir glasses. Gratuities apply to certain on-board purchases (such as spa, specialty dining and drinks above the package amount -see below).

The Classic Drinks Package includes an incredible array of beers, spirits, cocktails, liqueurs, frozen drinks, Specialty Coffees, and Organic Teas, bottled water, Coca-Cola selections and wines by the glass for up to $10 per serving. The Premium Drinks Package includes all Classic Drinks Package items, PLUS: Specialty coffees and teas, craft and artisan beers, spirits, cocktails, frozen drinks, premium bottled water, and wines by the glass up to $17 per serving.

Please drink responsibly. The minimum drinking age for purchasing or consuming alcoholic beverages on Celebrity Cruises ships sailing from North America and Canada is 21 years at the time of sailing, and elsewhere is 18 years to comply with applicable laws. Where the eligible guest in a stateroom is less than the applicable minimum age on the initial sailing date, a Zero Proof Drinks Package will be provided to this guest instead.

Valid passenger date of birth information must be provided at the time of booking before a drink package will be applied. This is a legal requirement, and we reserve the right to withdraw the package if guests do not meet the qualifying criteria.

All Included Pricing applies to new bookings. Changes to booking may result in removal of Offer. Signature Beverage Package has a daily limit of 15 beverages, which includes all beverages priced at US$11 or less and beverage service charges. Wi-Fi Surf Package: Surf your favorite sites, including email, sports, news and general browsing. All onboard Internet usage is subject to Holland America Line’s standard policies, which may limit browsing of some sites due to network security and bandwidth usage. Applications that use high bandwidth may be blocked and offerings are subject to change with or without notice. The plan can be activated on any device, but only one device can be actively connected at a time. Holland America Line (“we”, ”HAL” or “Company”) is Programing previous guests with an opportunity to refer friends to cruise on an eligible HAL voyage via a Referral Program (“Program”) Programed at on Holland's site.

1. Binding Agreement. By using the Site, participating in the Program, or booking or referring a friend for a HAL voyage in connection with the Program, you are bound by these Terms and indicate your agreement to them. All of the Company’s decisions are final and binding. 

2. Privacy. The personal information collected, processed and used as part of the Program will be used in accordance with Company’s Privacy Statement.

3. Eligibility. There are two different groups of people in this Program, the referrer (i.e. the HAL guest with a Mariner number that is referring a friend) (the “referrer”) and the referred friend (i.e. the friend that is being referred to a HAL voyage) (the “referred friend”).  Both the referrer and the referred friend must be a legal resident of the 50 United States, DC, Canada, or Puerto Rico and at least 18 years old at the time of Program participation. The referrer must have sailed on a previous HAL voyage and the referred friend must be a new HAL guest and shall not have ever previously sailed on a HAL voyage (all as determined by HAL in its sole discretion). Referrer may not be a member of a travel agency, trade partnership, or Holland America Line affiliate as determined by HAL in its sole discretion. 

4. How to refer a friend. Visit the Site and follow the on-screen instructions to fill out the “Refer a Friend” web form on the Site with all requested information.  Then, HAL will verify if the referred friend is eligible and, if so, will distribute an email to such individual that invites them to participate in the Program. 

After being deemed eligible, the referred friend must book an eligible HAL voyage and, while booking, must enter the referrer’s first name, last name, and email into the webform. Once the referred friend creates a booking on an eligible voyage, the referred friend shall receive a $50 USD onboard credit (“OBC”), with a limit of $50 USD OBC per stateroom booked in connection with the referral. When the referred friend booking hits final payment date or full payment is received, whichever comes later, the referrer will receive a $50 USD Future Cruise Credit (“FCC”).  HAL shall not be responsible for honoring the Program if the referred friend does not successfully input the referrer’s Mariner number when booking. OBC and FCCs are promotional credits and are subject to the additional terms set forth herein and in Section 6. 

5. Restrictions. Referrers cannot refer themselves or create multiple, fictitious or fake accounts with the Company or participate in the Program as “friends”. No user may use the Program to violate any law, infringe or violate the rights of any third party, or otherwise act in a manner that is deemed harassing, harmful, illegal, hateful, obscene or outside the spirit and intent of the Program. In addition, you may not (i) tamper with the Program, (ii) act in an unfair or disruptive manner, or (iii) use any system, bot or other device or artifice to participate or receive any benefit in the Program. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROGRAM MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. 6. Additional FCC and OBC Terms. By making a valid referral, referrer will receive a $50 USD FCC and the referred friend will receive a $50 USD OBC (limit $50 OBC per stateroom). Program restrictions may apply to the FCC and OBC. For example, HAL may elect to include a limitation on the number of referrals you can make. Referrals are subject to verification before a reward is awarded. The Company may delay a reward for the purposes of investigation. The Company may also refuse to verify and process any transaction or referral for any reason. Rewards have no monetary value and may not be redeemed for cash. They are not transferable and may not be auctioned, traded, bartered, or sold. 

• FCCs are not valid on and cannot be applied to the voyage booked in connection with this Program. FCC is a promotional credit and expires two years from its date of issuance. FCCs are in USD and are subject to additional terms and conditions available.
  
  

• OBC must be used on the cruise portion of the voyage booked with this Program and expires at the end of such voyage, regardless of whether OBC is used in its entirety or not. OBC is in US dollars and is non-refundable, non-transferable, and has no cash value. OBC may not be used in the casino or on gratuities or any other specified fees or items.  
  
  

7. Liability. REFERRER AND REFERRED FRIEND UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT THE RELEASED PARTIES (DEFINED BELOW) SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO EITHER OF THEM FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF THE COMPANY WAS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES). By participating in the Program, each referrer and referred friend agree to defend, indemnify, release and hold harmless the Company and  Extole, Inc., and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates and subsidiaries, together with their respective employees, directors, officers, licensees, licensors, shareholders, attorneys and agents including, without limitation, their respective advertising and promotion entities and any person or entity associated with the production, operation or administration of the Program (collectively, the “Released Parties”), from any and all claims, actions, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs or expenses caused by, arising out of, in connection with, or related to the Program (including, without limitation, any property loss, damage, personal injury or death caused to any person(s)) and/or the awarding, receipt and/or use or misuse of any benefit in the Program. To be clear, the Released Parties shall not be liable for any technical errors or malfunctions, data theft or corruption, any printing or typographical error, or any damage to any computer system resulting from participating in, or accessing or downloading information in connection with the Program. By submitting any email address as part of the Program, the referrer represents that they have the appropriate permission and consent from the individual to share their email address with HAL. Bulk email distribution, distribution to strangers, or any other use of the services described herein in a manner that is not promoted is expressly prohibited and may be grounds for immediate termination and further legal action. 1. Offer Terms. These terms and conditions detail the “My Next Virgin Voyage Onboard Offer.” At its discretion, Virgin Voyages may offer special deals for future voyages to passengers (referred to as “Sailors” in these terms) embarked onboard any Virgin Voyages ship.
1.1. The My Next Virgin Voyage Onboard Offer is exclusively available to Sailors while they are embarked and sailing aboard a Virgin Voyages ship. The My Next Virgin Voyage Offer will not be available to any Sailor who did not register while they were onboard the ship; that is, the Offer is not extendable to a Sailor once they disembark.
1.2. A $300 USD deposit is required to register for the My Next Virgin Voyage Onboard Offer in the form of a “Placeholder Booking.” A Sailor also has the option to make a deposit of 20% of their voyage fare if they know the date in which they’d like to sail on their future booking. If booking in currencies other than USD, the deposit will be converted to an equivalent deposit amount in the booking’s currency. To be clear, this means that the deposit amount in currencies other than USD will fluctuate based on the currency exchange rate, which is updated monthly. Payments for deposits will be accepted in the form of personal credit or debit card; existing Future Voyage Credits, Sailor Loot and Corporate Cards are not accepted forms of payment. The payor of the My Next Virgin Voyage offer must be presently embarked and sailing aboard a Virgin Voyages ship. A Placeholder Booking will secure a prospective booking for the Sailor in a future voyage within a two year booking window. 1.4. The Sailor has two (2) years to book and sail from the registration date. A Sailor who fails to book and sail within this 2-year time period forfeits the $300 USD deposit paid, the future Sailor Loot credit and the future voyage fare discount. The Offer will automatically expire at the two (2) year mark.
1.4.1 Sailors who wish to cancel their deposit within seven (7) days of registering for the My Next Virgin Voyage Offer are eligible to receive a full refund of their $300 USD deposit. 
1.4.2 Sailors who wish to cancel their deposit after seven (7) days of registering for the My Next Virgin Voyage Offer are eligible to receive a Future Voyage Credit (FVC) equivalent to the amount of deposit. This FVC is valid for one (1) year from the date of cancellation. Cancellation forfeits the future voyage discount and sailor loot.
1.5. After registration is complete, the Sailor will receive an email confirmation with a deposit reference number. Once the Sailor selects a voyage with this deposit reference number, payment of the regular 20% deposit will be due. The reservation will then follow and the deposit reference number will become the Booking ID number. The booking will be subject to the Cancellation Policy in effect at that time.
1.6 Sailors are eligible for a one (1) time voyage date change. If a Sailor originally selects a 4- to 5-night voyage and later changes to a 6- to 8- night voyage, the “My Next Virgin Voyage” onboard offer will be automatically updated to the respective offer value associated with the voyage length.
1.7. The My Next Virgin Voyage Onboard Offer is subject to all restrictions and exclusions set forth in Section 2 below.
2. Exclusions / Caveats

The Sailor’s future voyage date must commence on or before the two year expiry date.
2.8. Once a Sailor has chosen a future voyage date, they may only change their new voyage date up until one (1) year after the original chosen voyage date. The new voyage date selected must fall within two years from placement of the Sailor’s original Placeholder Booking.
2.9. A Sailor may transfer their My Next Virgin Onboard Voyage offer one (1) time to another Sailor.

Terms & Conditions: 

1. Offer Terms. These terms and conditions detail the “70% Off 2nd Sailor + Instant Savings” offer.  Eligible voyages, listed in Section 2, will get a certain percentage off a booking for the co-traveler(s) traveling with the primary Sailor, plus an “Instant Savings” in varying amounts depending on the voyage length and cabin category; see the “Instant Savings” section below.
1.1 Buy One, Get a Discount for a Second Co-traveller: Under the “70% Off 2nd Sailor + Instant Savings” offer, Virgin Voyages will provide each Sailor in an eligible cabin (see section 3.1 for eligible cabins) a total discount of 35% off their retail (base) voyage fare. For example, when two (2) Sailors book a voyage to sail together in an eligible cabin, both Sailor 1 and Sailor 2 will each receive a total discount of 35% off their retail (base) voyage fares. Additionally, if there are four (4) Sailors traveling together in one cabin, all four (4) Sailors will receive 35% off their voyage fare.
1.2 Instant Savings. Under the “70% Off 2nd Sailor + Instant Savings” offer, Virgin Voyages will provide eligible cabins (see section 3.2) a pre-set discounted amount from the total voyage fare (as noted below). If you book in a currency other than USD, the instant savings will be converted from USD at the time of booking. This pre-set amount will be divided between the total number of sailors within the booking.  Pre-set amounts are as follows below:

2. Eligible Voyages - Eligible bookings are those purchased for an eligible cabin (see section 3.1 and section 3.2) on an eligible voyage date between 12:00:01 a.m. local US east coast time on 29 August 2025 through 11:59:59 p.m. local US east coast time on 30 October 2025. Eligible voyage dates are any voyage open for sale on non-charter, open, revenue voyages.
3. Restrictions/Exclusions.  The "70% Off 2nd Sailor + Instant Savings” offer is subject to the following restrictions and exclusions.
3.1. Eligible Cabins for Percentage Off offer in section 1.1: Only cabins in the Sea Terrace Meta Category cabins, The Sea View, Lock It In Rate Sea View, The Insider, and Lock It In Rate insider cabins are eligible for the percentage off in the ”70% Off 2nd Sailor + Instant Savings” Offer. The Sea Terrace Meta Category includes the following cabins: XL Sea Terrace, Central Sea Terrace, The Sea Terrace, Sea Terrace Slightly Smaller Balcony, Ltd View Sea Terrace, and the Lock It In Rate Ltd View Sea Terrace. This offer excludes the Solo Sea View cabins and Solo Insider cabins.
3.2. Eligible Cabins for Instant Savings offer in section 1.2: Except for Lock-It-In  rates, the Solo Sea View cabins and Solo Insider cabins, all meta cabin categories are eligible for Instant Savings in the “70% Off 2nd Sailor + Instant Savings” offer.  
3.3. Charter voyages are excluded from the “70% Off 2nd Sailor + Instant Savings” Offer.
4. Cancellations. Virgin Voyages’ booking and cancellation policies apply. Offer is subject to change at any time per Virgin Voyages' discretion. We reserve the right to modify this offer at any time with or without notice.
